What Keiki
Told Us
At the start and end of every session, participants completed a simple check-in. We asked about mood, confidence, comfort in nature, and connection to others. Here is what we learned from 23 check-in forms across 4 sessions.
Mood After Activity
Most participants rated their mood at happy or energized after each session — equal to or higher than before.
Confidence Trying New Things
Confidence scores at or above neutral in the majority of responses, with most moving up after the activity.
Connection to Others
Connection scores were consistently positive, with many participants noting their besties were there.
How we gather and use this information
We are in our first season of measuring program outcomes. We are learning as we go, refining our questions, and committed to honest, transparent reporting. All reflections are gathered with full family consent and used only to serve our keiki better.
We know our sample size is small and our questions are still developing. We share this data not as proof of perfection but as evidence of a program that is working and growing.
