Maui Surfer Girls Teen Camp Scholarship 2025
Mana O Maui is proud to partner with Maui Surfer Girls to offer financial aid to deserving teen girls in our Maui community. We feel it is important to support this empowering outdoor education program for teen girls.

Soul Retrieval Surf Retreat
Mana O Maui is fundraising for up to 4 full scholarships for a Maui fire victim to attend this healing retreat offering through Maui Surfer Girls, Julia Hengst, LMFT and Jane Woodward, LICSW. For more information about the retreat and to apply for the scholarship, please click “View Event” below.

Maui Surfer Girls Teen Summer Surf Camp Scholarship Opportunity
Teenage girls between the ages of 13-17 who are in need of financial aid to attend the camp can apply for the scholarship here (click “view event”). Priority will be given to Maui County residents. The deadline to apply is April 22nd, 2024 and recipients will be notified by May 5th, 2024.
Soul Retrieval Surf Retreat Scholarship Application
We have raised enough funds to provide one full-ride scholarship for a women on Maui who lost their homes and/or businesses to the recent fires in Lahaina and Kula to attend a week-long women’s surf camp October 20-26, 2024 run by Maui Surfer Girls. We are currently fundraising for more scholarships (donations to the scholarship fund are being accepted on our website homepage) and hope to offer more spaces to this transformational program to our kama’aina. Maui women who have been directly affected by the fires can apply for the scholarship here (click “view event”). The deadline to apply is September 1st, 2024 and recipients will be notified by September 15th, 2024.

Surfing Moms Maui He'e Nalu Program
Surfing Moms is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that aims to ease the isolation of modern motherhood by building community through “surf-care” and other research-based maternal wellness and postpartum interventions. With 22 groups across the USA, they are turning local ripples into global waves of maternal care centered by place-based, surf-inspired programming that is equitable and inclusive. The Maui chapter of Surfing Moms has a new “He’e Nalu” program that is free in 2024 to all registered participants.
