We have raised enough funds to provide one full-ride scholarships for a woman on Maui. We are accepting a Maui resident, who needs financial assistance to attend a week-long women’s surf camp Jan 18—24, 2026 run by Maui Surfer Girls. We are looking for a deserving woman who either lost their home or livelihood to the fires in Lahaina and Kula; or a woman who has contributed to our Maui community in the aftermath of the fires who is in financial need.
Maui Surfer Girls has been running surf camps and lessons on Maui for over two decades. Their women’s surf camp is an all-inclusive retreat for women 18+ years of age who are first timer, beginner or intermediate surfers.
Maui Surfer Girls Women’s Surf Camps are an opportunity to find community amongst like-minded women, recharge your spirit, learn a new skill that challenges you in the presence of supportive and skilled teachers and to give back to the Maui community through service projects and beach cleanups.
The scholarship funds we are providing will cover the full cost of the camp tuition plus taxes & fees. Airfare, photo packages, retail add-ons and gratuity not included.
